Over the weekend and today, a handful of ultra-luxurious properties came to market, including two opulent residences located on the Mornington Peninsula.
Filled with Victorian terrace homes, boutique shops, bustling cafes and cool bars, Paddington is one of Sydney’s most vibrant and trendy suburbs. Located just 10-15 minutes from the city centre, the suburb is well-positioned for a convenient city lifestyle. The inner-city locale spans approximately 1.6 square kilometres and comprises five leafy parks.
Paddington is home to a population of 12,701 and records a median age of 38. The suburb is popular among childless couples who account for 49.6 per cent of households in the area, as well as renters at 45.6 per cent.
In the past two years, Paddington has recorded around 30 per cent property price growth, pushing the median house price to A$3,187,500. This year, the area has seen 250 properties sold and listings spend an average of 29 days on the market.

Despite recording a property price decline of two per cent, Brighton commands a high median house price of A$3.45 million. Listings in the suburb spend an average of 30 days on the market, and so far in 2022, a total of 268 properties have sold.
Boasting a sought-after Golden Mile address, this iconic residence features Romanesque-style architecture, a tennis court, swimming pool and expansive balcony overlooking the property and out to Head Street Reserve.
