These are the steps for a successful knockdown-rebuild:

1) Choose your favouurite home design: our consultant at Decor Construction Group is always available to help. You can take a 3D walkthrough or visit our many display homes in Sidney.

2) Consultation time: with a knockdown rebuild consultant, we can talk through your dream home plans and review documents. This will also help to review landscape packages available to suit your taste.

3) Site appraisal: Site Inspection will be done by one of our Knockdown Rebuild building supervisors, and necessary assessments shall be made.

4) New home tender acceptance: The new home tender acceptance will be issued incorporating the itemised costings, upgrades and pool and landscape provisions.

5) Home selections: with Decor Construction Group, you can choose from the following:
